KAVE-CHAIR

The KAVE Chair was designed to be timeless, with subtle styling that allows it to fit into a variety of aesthetics. Andrew was particularly drawn to the interior surface of the void created through 3D printing, which became a defining feature of the chair and inspired its name. Sustainability is central to every decision in Andrew’s work, and this chair is no exception. Made from high-quality recycled plastic with a UV inhibitor, it is designed to last for generations and can be reground and remade at the end of its life. He sees no reason to use virgin materials when so many highquality recycled options exist. The material also adds to the chair’s character—“Some people don’t love the printed layer lines, but I have come to embrace the subtle imperfections. No two chairs will ever be completely identical, and that gives them their unique beauty.
