Lululemon Montreal Flagship
Add a tagline1,400 SF of 3D-Printed Architectural Mesh
For lululemon’s Montréal St. Catherine flagship, Decibel developed and fabricated more than 1,400 square feet of custom 3D-printed mesh panels for the store’s expansive window installation. The system was engineered to balance visual transparency, texture, and large-scale repeatability while integrating cleanly with the architecture. Material and panel construction were tested in accordance with CAN/ULC-S102 requirements for use within the commercial retail environment.
The panels were ceiling-mounted using aircraft cable, with attachment conditions adapted to the existing structure—including direct connections into soffits with plywood backing and Unistrut-supported connections at exposed concrete slab ceilings. Decibel developed the panelization and installation approach to accommodate these varying site conditions while maintaining a consistent visual system throughout the space.
